Travel Rate applies to destinations outside of North Carolina as well as 1.5 hours radius of Greensboro, NC
$2 per mile round trip outside of Greensboro.
An additional accommodation multiplier is applied for regional, out of state, and destination events
Out of state events and or Regional events with travel over 3 hours are a 1.5x multiplier
Destination events with travel over 5 hours are 2x multiplier
