Corporate Event AV & Production in Greensboro, Winston-Salem & Raleigh
Driven by Passion, Defined by Excellence
We allow you to Create an Unforgettable Experience Through Innovation and Collaboration

Corporate events, produced properly
A corporate event has a job to do. Land a message, honor people, raise money, launch something, or get a room of employees to feel like one team for an evening. The AV either helps that happen or gets in the way, and everyone in the room knows which within the first five minutes.
Fusion Sound and Lighting has produced corporate events across North Carolina and the East Coast since 2018, with DJ roots that go back to 2012, from 40-person leadership retreats to 1,200-seat galas. We own the equipment, employ the crew, and build the graphics and video in house, and we are the in-house AV company at Legacy Stables & Events in Winston-Salem and The Merrimon-Wynne House in Raleigh. One company is responsible for how the room looks, sounds and runs.
What a Fusion corporate event looks like
General sessions, conferences and annual meetings
Clear audio in every seat, screens sized to the room, confidence monitors and timers for the presenters, wireless mics in the breakouts, and a technician switching video who has read the agenda.
Galas, fundraisers and awards nights
A room that photographs well: uplighting, stage wash, a custom monogram or animated logo on the wall, an LED wall or projection for the program and paddle raise, and music that keeps the energy up between speakers and courses. Award graphics built for your event, not typed into a slide.
Product launches and brand activations
The reveal handled like a reveal. LED wall content, moving lights, haze, a sound cue timed to the moment, and a run of show rehearsed so the curtain comes down when it is supposed to.
Holiday parties and company celebrations
The room transformed, a DJ who reads the crowd, a dance floor that gets used, and photo booths, cold sparks and effects when you want them. This is where our DJ roots pay off most obviously.
Onboarding days, town halls and trainings
Quick, clean setups with someone on site, so nobody from your team spends the morning troubleshooting a cable.

The no-dead-air standard
We started as a DJ company. That shaped how we run a corporate program more than any piece of equipment we have bought since.
A DJ learns to feel a room and never let it go quiet. So at a Fusion event, every speaker walks up to music. Award winners get a stinger. The sponsor reel has a bed under it. The transition from dinner to the program to the dancing is a transition, not a pause while someone finds the right slide. An operator sits at the board for the entire event listening to the room, not just following a cue sheet.
There is a second thing the wedding world taught us. Every wedding is someone’s once-in-a-lifetime day with no second take, and years of that make a crew very good at hitting cues exactly when they need to hit. Corporate events carry the same weight when the CEO walks up or the reveal has to land on the beat. We bring the same focus, and after a few hundred weddings a general session feels composed rather than stressful. That calm is what keeps your program on time and on cue.
Most corporate AV companies set the gear and step back. We run the show. It is the same equipment. It is not the same event.

Same gear, maximized
Every AV company in the state rents the same categories of gear. What we do differently is build it into something with intent:
- Programmed lighting. Intelligent fixtures cued to the agenda. The room changes when the program changes.
- In-house graphics. Lower-thirds, animated logos, sponsor loops, countdowns, agenda screens and award graphics designed to your brand standards by our own team.
- In-house video production. Your videos mastered for the screens they will play on, or new video produced for the event.
- Music and sound design. Walk-ups, stingers, beds and effects chosen for your program by people who do this every weekend.
The result is a standard ballroom that feels like a produced show, on a standard ballroom budget.

LED video walls, in house
We own our LED wall inventory and the rigging to fly it. Ground-stacked walls up to 30 feet wide by 10 feet tall on stage, and 12-foot and 16-foot walls flown from our own truss and towers, using P2.6 indoor/outdoor panels bright enough for a daylit room. Content is built by our graphics team and a video technician runs every deployment.

In-house AV at Legacy Stables & Events and The Merrimon-Wynne House
Two of the most sought-after event venues in the state, in Winston-Salem and downtown Raleigh, chose Fusion as their in-house AV company. If your event is at either one, we already know the rooms inside and out: the rigging points, the power, the load-in, the sightlines, the acoustics and how to make a speaker sound good in them, and the planning is faster because of it. If your event is anywhere else, that is the standard we bring.

Legacy Stables
“We love having Fusion at our venue, and recommend them to all of our couples on our preferred vendors list! It’s so convenient to be able to add such extensive lighting and AV all through your DJ! From weddings to corporate events, we always consider Fusion Sound and Lighting first!”
Julie Peele
“I attended a corporate event where Fusion Sound and Lighting handled the audio and lighting, and they did an amazing job. The sound was clear, and the lighting added the perfect touch to the atmosphere.
They clearly know how to elevate an event—highly recommend!”

Insurance, COIs and venue paperwork
Before a single case rolls through the door, most hotels, convention centres, hospitals and university buildings want paperwork from your AV vendor. We have all of it, and we handle it directly with the venue so it is not another item on your list.
What we carry
- Commercial general liability – the policy venues ask about first
- Commercial auto – our trucks and trailers, on the road to your event
- Workers’ compensation – covering every member of our crew on site
Certificates of insurance naming your venue, your organisation or both as additional insured are usually issued the same day you ask. Send us the venue’s exact requirements – limits, wording, who needs to be named – and we will go back to their risk or events department ourselves.
Why it matters beyond the paperwork
Workers’ comp is the one planners forget to ask about, and it is the one that matters most when there is rigging, truss or ladder work in your room. Every technician on your event is our employee and covered under our policy. We do not hand your load-in to day labour we met that morning.
If your venue requires specific limits we do not currently hold, we will tell you before you book rather than on the week of the event. Send us the venue and we will confirm in writing.
How to get a quote
1. Send the basics
Date, venue, headcount and a rough agenda. A two-line email is enough to start.
2. We walk the room if it is new to us
Power, rigging, sightlines and load-in. If it is Legacy Stables, The Merrimon-Wynne House, or a room we have worked, we skip this.
3. One proposal, everything on it
Simple line items, because we do not nickel and dime: a screen is one price that includes the switcher, laptop and cabling; a sound system is one price that includes the mixer, speakers, playback and cabling. Technicians, crew, delivery and travel are on it from the start. The number you approve is the number on the invoice.

Questions we get about corporate event AV
What areas do you serve for corporate events?
The Piedmont Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington), the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) and Charlotte most often, plus corporate events up and down the East Coast, including Virginia and South Carolina. Travel is stated on the proposal.
What does a corporate event cost?
A typical single-day event for 100 to 500 people with audio, screens and a technician runs from about $4,000 at the low end to around $50,000, depending on the room, headcount, screens, audio zones and hours. A large-scale single-day production, such as 1,200 people with multiple LED video walls, is usually $80,000 to $100,000. Multi-day events are priced roughly per day. You get one proposal with simple line items and the crew, labor and delivery included.
Do you provide technicians, or just equipment?
Technicians and crew are included on every corporate production. If you only want equipment for an event you are running yourself, see our rentals page.
Can you build our presentation graphics and videos?
Yes. Our in-house graphics and video production teams build screen content, lower-thirds, sponsor loops and award graphics, and master your existing videos for the screens.
Do you offer LED video walls?
Yes. Ground-stacked walls up to 30 feet by 10 feet and flown 12-foot and 16-foot walls, owned and operated in house, with content and a video technician included.
Can you live stream our meeting?
Yes. Multi-camera capture, live switching, recording and streaming to your platform.
How far out should we book?
Six to eight weeks for productions with LED walls, multi-room audio or streaming. Simpler setups can often be handled on shorter notice. Spring and November through December book fastest.
Are you insured, and can you send a certificate?
Yes. General liability, commercial auto and workers’ compensation. We issue certificates of insurance naming your venue or organisation as additional insured, usually the same day. Send us the venue’s requirements and we will deal with their risk department directly.
