The Venues We Work

Every event we book records where it happened. These are the rooms we have been in most, with the number of events we have actually produced at each — not a partner logo wall, a count.

Why this page exists

Most AV companies tell you they have worked at your venue. We can tell you how many times, because we have recorded the location of every event we have booked since 2018. Across that history we have produced events at well over a thousand distinct venues.

The pages below are the ones we have been in most often. They are not marketing summaries of a pretty building — each one covers what that specific room does to sound and light, what the venue’s published rules mean for your timeline, and where the power actually is.

If your venue is not on this list, that does not mean we have not been there. Ask.

Questions we get about North Carolina

Have you worked at our venue?

Probably. We have recorded the location of every event we have booked since 2018 and that covers well over a thousand distinct venues. Send us the name and we will tell you honestly whether we have been there and what we know about the room.

What if you have never worked our venue before?

Then we ask the building rather than guess, and for anything acoustically difficult we would rather do a site walk than design blind. A venue we have not worked is not a problem; a venue we pretend to know would be.

Does working a venue a lot make it cheaper?

Often, yes, in a boring and honest way: when we already know the room we are not padding the estimate to cover unknowns, and we are not sending extra crew to absorb surprises.

Are you the in-house AV company anywhere?

At two venues: Legacy Stables and Events in Winston-Salem and The Merrimon-Wynne House in Raleigh. Our equipment lives in those buildings. It does not mean couples there are obliged to use us.

Do you only do weddings at these venues?

No. Plenty of these rooms host corporate events, galas and fundraisers, and we produce those too, with screens, staging and full production rather than a DJ setup.

Can you add our venue to this list?

If we work there often, it will get a page. Venue owners who want to talk about a preferred-vendor relationship should get in touch directly.

Tell us your date at North Carolina

We already know the room. Send us the date and what you have in mind and we will come back with a real proposal in simple line items. Wedding packages start at $1,800 and most couples land between $2,500 and $3,500.
